A LITTLE SMILE
A LITTLE SMILE / SPREAD AROUND SOME
JUST MIGHT CHANGE / SOMEBODY’S DAY
COULD BE YOURS / COULD BE MINE
WORTH A SHOT / AH ANYWAY
THE TIMES / CAN BE DEPRESSING
AS THE BLUES / TAKE A TOLL
SCREW YA UP / YA CAN’T REMEMBER
THAT A HALF AND A HALF MAKE ONE WHOLE
A LITTLE SMILE / FOR THE ASKING
GONNA PULL ONE / OFF THE SHELF
NOT FOR SALE /DON’T COST NOTHIN
SO I TRIED / ONE ON MYSELF
THEN THE WORLD / FELT A LITTLE BETTER
BRUNG NO HARM / NOT A BIT
SMOOTHIN OUT / A COUPLE ROUGH SPOTS
AND A WHOLE PILE A STUFF FINALLY FIT
ALL THAT NEWS / CAN DRAG YA DOWN SON
BUT WHY / WHY LET EM WIN
ONE WAY / TO TURN A BAD TIME
SMILE AWAY / GOOD THINGS BEGIN

Hey Helen,
So get me in touch with a concertina master. We’ll supply the tapping.
Thanks for the listen.

Love this track!! Great arrangement.

Hey Mikey,
Thanks, man. It is funny how a B/A arrangement with no bridge can work out, ain’t it? And Rich Adelson kinda pushed a straight country tune into Cajun land, which made it more interesting to me. Fun stuff.

Ok, so I danced around the kitchen listening to this. Perfect song for that steel guitar.

Hey Mike,
You were dancing? How cool is that. That’s a tough song to dance to, unless you got that Cajun thing going on.
But I’m glad you did, thanks.
